Technical Section

This unit is established in an area of approximately 3,000 square meters, excluding other pumping stations, powerhouses and canals. It includes central installations, industrial plumbing, water labs, refinery, refining laboratories, industrial electricity, salon installations, turnery, argon welding and vehicle maintenance unit.

Central Installation Unit

The Central Installation Unit consists of 5 departments:
1. Steam Boiler. 2. Water Lab. 3. Industrial plumbing. 4. Refinery. 5. The refinery laboratory.

1. Steam Boiler: It supplies energy and produces 25 tons of steam per hour and 1000 cubic meters of soft water with hardness from 0 to 3 ppm and pumps 2000 cubic meters of raw water required for production salons.

2. Water Laboratory: Controls the hardness of produced soft water, analyses iron - phosphate - oxygen - sulfite - carbon dioxide - electrical conductivity of raw water - soft - condensate - produced steam - and feeds the steam boilers.

3. Industrial Plumbing: It works on design, mapping, fixing, maintenance, raw water transfer lines, steam, compressed air, condensate, soft water, fire stations, powerhouses, industrial sewage, and monitors gas pipeline and station.

4. Refinery: It refines the sewage of the indigo, dyeing and humanistic sections and it changes the chemical and biological contamination of the sewage to environmental standards. The capacity of this part is 1300 m3 industrial and humanistic sewage, which is designed and implemented with the latest equipment of the world and new processes.

Industrial Electricity Unit

Khoy Textile Industrial Electricity Unit is responsible for supplying electricity to salon production machines and lighting the salons, warehouses and factory passages through 20Kv power stations. This unit also supplies electricity and maintains steam boilers, compressors and refineries, Ac stations and deep wells and powerhouses. Maintenance and commissioning of diesel generators is also done by this unit. Performing all telecommunication projects, including cabling, switchboards and delivering telephone lines to units and repairing telecommunication devices are other tasks that are done in this unit. All electrical devices of power stations including transformers, dis connector and disjuncture switches, cables, low pressure switches, capacitors are checked twice a year by this unit for service, wrenching and oil exchange. Assembling the distribution and steering control panels is also done by industrial electricity unit. Installation and commissioning of factory ground wells and measuring their strengths in accordance with technical principles are other duties of this unit. Another tasks of this section are to provide electricity to projects running by other technical units and to repair and service electrical equipment.

Welding Unit

The main tasks of the welding and turnery unit of the textile factories are: manufacturing components such as A- frame, machinery bases that are sometimes broken or bent, roller , doors and windows, installation and replacement and steel plumbing and so on.

Vehicle Unit

The main tasks of the vehicle Unit are replacement of tires and tubes of machinery, exchanging engine and gearbox oil, initial repairs of machinery, checking and charging battery water of stacker and pallet batteries, diesel and electric forklifts.
