Refinery Section

This section refines the sewage of the indigo, dyeing section and human sewage. It also reduces the chemical and biological contamination of the sewage and makes it very near to environmental standards.

The capacity of the refinery of Khoy Textile Factory is 1300m3 / day an it is designed with the latest equipment and makes use of new processes.

Process control and assurance of the performance of the sewage refinery system and the required environmental standards are done through various tests. The most important tests are:

1. Measurement of inlet and outlet sewage discharge and unit discharge measurement.
2. Determination and measurement of oxygen in the aerobic pool.
3. Measurement of inlet and outlet sewage Ph during the refinery process (parts of sulfate injection pool, lime injection, chemical settling tank).
4. Determination of the amount of chemicals in the refinery process.
